PRESENTATION:
➡️ Male patient, 47 years old
➡️ Presentation 4 hours and 15 minutes after symptom onset
➡️ Diabetic, CKD
➡️ No IV Rtpa administered
➡️ Basilar occlusion identified on angio
PROCEDURE:
➡️ NeVa NET 5.5 mm used as the first-line device
➡️ First pass TICI-3 and complete thrombus incorporation into the device
➡️ From femoral access to recanalization: 22 minutes
CLINICAL OUTCOME:
➡️ NIHSS at 24 hours: 7
