• A 58-year-old female
• NIHSS 17
• Imaging confirmed occlusion of the MCA 1
• Right side Hemiplegia, Aphasia and Hemineglect
PROCEDURE
• The lesion was accessed via the right femoral artery
• Dr. Gramada and Dr. Elmoula selected the NeVa NET 4.0 x 30 mm for this anatomy
• Flow control strategy: Contact aspiration via 62-inch ID aspiration catheter
PROCEDURAL OUTCOME • First Pass TICI 3
• Recanalization was achieved within 36 min from groin puncture
CLINICAL OUTCOME
• 24-hour NIHSS: 0
• 24-hour mRS: 0
• Minimal right side Hemiparesis
• Minimal Dysphasia
